Laura Ridoux, CavsConnect Copy Editor
Laura Ridoux is a junior in the International Baccalaureate program. This is her second year in CavsConnect and returning as copy editor, she hopes to work with the other editors to make this year her most memorable yet. Laura is quite involved at Coral Gables Senior High, being on the board of five clubs: International Baccalaureate Honor Society, National Honor Society, French Honor Society, Gables Earth and Gables Key Club. She is very ambitious and pushes herself academically while enjoying high school and all it has to offer. Outside of school, Laura loves to travel and wants to see the world. She has a passion for photography and will take a moment to snap a picture every time something catches her eye. She is also a big believer in recycling, which explains her passion for thrifting. All in all, Laura is excited for her junior year, her first “normal” highschool year since the pandemic, and looks forward to meeting new people where she can form valuable connections.
