Andres Rodriguez, CavsConnect Sports Editor
Transitioning into his second year at Gables, Andres Rodriguez is a returning staff member and guess what: this year’s CavsConnect sports editor. A student in the International Baccalaureate program, Andres is looking forward to taking on multiple Advanced Placement classes at once. With guidance from his teachers, Andres intends to score highly on all three of his AP courses. You can always find him answering questions for his classmates and having fun conversations about sports, school life and other interesting topics. Although he is deeply embroiled in his studies, Andres is also taking advantage of his flexible schedule for extracurricular activities such as being on the International Baccalaureate Honor Society board and running on the boys cross country team. With his future in high school right around the corner, Andres hopes to make everyone feel welcome on campus and live by this bible verse: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” - Phillipians 4:13.
