FIU has extended the deadline for the scholarship and removed two of the items originally required to apply.

Important Updates:

• The deadline for the application is Monday, April 3, 2023 at 5pm.
• The OSJI Essay and letter of recommendation for the scholarships are no longer required.
• The Golden Drum scholarship is a merit based and the MPAS scholarship is need-based.
• All documents must be submitted electronically, they do not accept any documents in the office.
• Eligible Students must have 24 or less college credits (this includes dual enrollment, CLEP or any college credits)
• Students must be graduating from a Miami Dade or Broward High school.

The document with all of the information is attached in PDF format.. Students can apply for both scholarships but can only be awarded one of them.
