PSA: Body Image
Society has portrayed the perfect body to have a flat stomach, a toned body and be the perfect height, but there is no such thing as the “perfect body”, it is so unrealistic. Every body is different and amazing in their own way. People who see their body and are disgusted by it have been negatively affected by family, friends or social media. This is a serious issue that has affected boys and girls all over the world. Calling someone fat or short and telling them what they need to fix about themselves is exactly what is wrong with the world. The reality is, how we see ourselves affects our mental and physical health. People should feel comfortable and confident in their own bodies, not insecure.
