Rachel Hernando, or better known as Rachel Frijoles, is a junior at Gables and this is her first official year in CavsConnect. Although she stands at a whole four feet and eleven inches, her love for Gables soars past the Empire State Building. If you don't find her in the school library with her nose buried in a book, or walking down the hallway flashing the peace sign at everyone. You'll find her walking around Gables with a camera around her neck capturing the life of Gables through her 18-55 mm lens.

Aside from her love of being a photographer for CavsConnect, she also loves color mediation, The Red Hot Chili Peppers, peacocks, and collecting New Times articles. When you get to know her, you will learn that her life motto is "Think less, feel more." Even though her passion for photography is as big as her heart, she aspires to become a lawyer at a big-time law firm in the near future.
