ELIGIBILITY & APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3.0 unweighted GPA
• Completed application (see attachment)
• High school transcript
• 2 recommendations (1 required from school faculty, other can be community service related)
• Principal’s signature is NOT required

ACADEMIC AWARD: $1,000

THE SELECTION PROCESS: Students will submit the completed application and documents to Ms. Sanz in room 6111. Faculty will then review applications and select one winning student to submit to the fair.
