Attention class of 2019! Every single senior has to complete BOTH the CAP and District surveys by Wed. May 15 in order to receive their cap and gown. Even though cap and gown distribution is on May 22, any senior who has not completed the survey by May 15 will not get the cap and gown. On the night of May 15, Ms. Stack will be sending a list of those who have completed it by May 15 at 6:00 PM.

To access the District survey –  seniors should go to www.dadeschools.net and look at the column called “Highlights” in the lower right side of the home page, then click on the “NEW Senior Exit survey 2018-2019”. (as in the picture attached)
