Alexander Duran, Videographer
A man of many talents, Alexander Duran is a senior at Coral Gables Senior High, and is an aspiring videographer for CavsConnect. Alex was born and raised in Miami, but hopes to one day travel the universe (if possible). His parents and grandparents are Cuban, which probably explains why he is such a good dancer.
As a child, Alex excelled in all areas, including math, science, reading, and writing, but his real talent was and still is his creativity. He is known for his variety of short skits and videos that can be found on his Instagram page, @aduranduran. Nothing makes Alex happier than making other people laugh (and key lime pie).
Alex enjoys long, romantic walks on the beach, barbecues, dance-offs, and karaoke. As President of the National Honor Society, Student Council Secretary, as well as a member of FBLA, IBHS, Interact, Cross Country, and Tennis, it may seem that Alex does not have time to do other activities. However, he actually somehow manages to do all of that previously mentioned stuff, while still spending his weekends mountain biking, golfing, and hanging out with friends. What an awesome guy. I want to be like him when I grow up.
