Seniors: Please make sure you do the following 3 things before May 20, 2013: NOTE: In order for you to get your cap and gown for graduation, you MUST fill out TWO SEPARATE SURVEYS:

1.) FIRST SURVEY: Go to the www.dadeschools.net main page and under the Highlights Section on the lower right of the page, please fill out your Dade County required Senior Exit Survey 2013.

2.) SECOND SURVEY: Please fill out the CAP/Student Services End of Year Survey 2013 by using this link.

3.) Please pay all outstanding fees/money owed to the Treasurer’s Office in the Attendance office.

If you do not complete all 3 requirements listed above, you will NOT be eligible to receive your Cap and Gown for graduation. I SUGGEST YOU PRINT OUT THE CONFIRMATION PAGE FOR BOTH SURVEYS AND KEEP THEM IN CASE THERE IS EVER A QUESTION WHEN YOU GO TO GET YOUR CAP AND GOWN ABOUT WHETHER YOU COMPLETED THEM.
