In my first period class sits a 9th grade boy in his customary red and black hoodie. If you have this class, you may have seen him, but how much do you know about him?

Well, a good place to start would be his name, would it not? His name is Joseph (Joey) Pallot, and he is actually a really cool person.

Joey loves to read and write, and he strives to become a novelist in the future. He’s particularly interested in the horror genre, writing stories like Edgar Allen Poe. Another favorite past time of his is gaming. He looks for games with good plots and avoids those with generic villains. He’s also a fan of “The Sims;” although his favorite thing to do while playing is kill them off.

In addition to being a writer and gamer, Joey is also an actor. He’s played many roled, from “Jafar” in “Aladdin” to the well-known “Mad Hatter” in “Alice in Wonderland.” He hopes to join the acting club this year.

When asked about his family, all he really can say is that they’re, “loud and annonying.” He did mention he has a 12 year old, autistic little brother though.

Joey Pallot is a pretty interesting person. He’s a writer, actor, and gamer. He’s worth getting to know if you’re up to it.
