FSA Testing Information

Important Information: 

  • Review the FSA-EOC Algebra 1 and/or Geometry (whichever applies) room assignments  and important information with your students.
  • ALL registered students will take the FSA-EOC Test
  • If a student is experiencing any symptoms related to COVID-19, FLU, and/or on QUARANTINE, please inform them not show up for testing.
  • Review the dates, times, and locations of testing
  • Review what they need to do, what they need to bring, Drop-off and Pick-up for MSO ONLY (listed below) and PHY students NO EARLY DISMISSAL!!!!  (This information is listed below)
  • Student should have an ID.  However, for students that do not have one, the rosters will pertain specific demographic information to ask for identification purposes.

 

Safety Protocols: 

  • Social Distancing in Testing Rooms.
  • Face Covering are required for all Staff and Students.
  • Testing Rooms will be sanitized in between testing groups.
  • Each student will receive disposable plastic keyboard and mouse cover daily

What To Do

  • Make sure you get a good night sleep before the day of testing
  • Eat a healthy breakfast before taking the test
  • Be on time on the day of testing
  • Please arrive through your designated locations.  (See chart above)

What To Bring

  • Face covering
  • Photo ID
    • If you don’t have an ID, you can use any of the following:
      • School ID from previous school years
      • Florida ID
      • If no physical ID, you will be asked pertinent information as your ID to test
  • No electronic devices at any time during a test session, including restroom or breaks, if you attempt to access your electronic device(s) during a break, your test will be invalidated
  • 3 – No. 2 pencils with erasers
  • Jacket/sweater
  • Water bottle
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Signed emergency contact form.  Person picking you up must be an adult 18 and over and listed on the emergency contact card. 

 

Drop-off/Pick-up for MSO-Online Students 

All MSO students must arrange transportation to and from school for testing.  A parent or guardian listed on the emergency contact card must come to pick you up.  Parent pick- up will be on the Riviera side of the school.  All students not picked will remain in the testing tank until 2:20 PM.

  • Students will enter the school on the Riviera Side at the designated testing time (previously emailed).  Please enter through the back gates by the track  (See Testing Information Chart for exact times).
  • You must PRINT AND COMPLETE THE EMERGENCY CONTACT CARD.  (Click on emergency contact card to access emergency contact card.
  • HAVE A PARENT/GUARDIAN SIGN THE EMERGENCY CONTACT CARD.
  • BRING THE COMPLETED AND SIGNED (BY PARENT OR GUARDIAN) EMERGENCY CONTACT CARD WITH YOU TO SCHOOL ON THE DAY OF TESTING.
  • Parent or guardian must physically come to school to sign you out.  (NO EMAIL, NO PHONE CALLS ACCEPTED). 
  • Sign out will be located in the parking lot on the Riviera side.
  • Parents will drive up to Mrs. Diaz, Administrator, present his/her ID, then be directed to park.  In order to expidete the dimissal process, please download any QR Code Reader on your cell phone.  Parents will remain in their cars at all times. 
  • PARENTS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ENTER THE SCHOOL.
