Pumpkin spice and all things nice!
Pumpkin Bread
Ingredients:
½ cup of oil
1 ¾ cups granulated sugar
Two large eggs
15 oz. can pumpkin puree
Two cups all purpose flour
One tbsp. pumpkin pie spice (if you don’t have just mix one tbsp of cinnamon, one tsp of ground nutmeg, one tsp of ground ginger and ½ tsp of ground allspice)
One tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 325 F. Grease and flour two 8×4 inch loaf pans.
In a large bowl mix the wet ingredients and in a smaller bowl mix all the dry ingredients.
Add the dry ingredients to the large bowl where the wet ingredients are and mix thoroughly.
Divide the batter evenly between the prepared loaf pans.
Bake for 40-60 minutes (to be sure to poke a toothpick in the center and if it’s fully cooked it should come out clean).
Leave the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes and then flip them into a plate to cool for additional time.
